ADHD Assessments
Our ADHD assessments bring together developmental and current information to understand attention, activity levels, organisation and their impact on everyday life. Assessments are available for adults and children and include feedback, a written report and recommendations.

Combined Autism and ADHD Assessments
If you or your child may be both autistic and have ADHD, a combined assessment considers both within one clinical process. It explores how experiences overlap and provides integrated conclusions and recommendations, whether one, both or neither diagnosis is indicated.

Post-Diagnostic Support
Understanding a diagnosis can take time. We offer individual and family support to explore what it means in daily life and develop practical approaches for home, school or work. Support can be tailored to the person’s priorities following an autism or ADHD diagnosis
Psychological Therapy
We offer tailored neuro-affirming psychological therapy for children and adults experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, trauma or emotional overwhelm. Therapy draws on approaches including CBT, EMDR, CFT and ACT, with adaptations where helpful for neurodivergent clients.
Individual therapy: £150 per 60-minute session
Psychological Assessment
A psychological assessment can help clarify emotional, behavioural or cognitive difficulties and guide the next steps. The assessment is planned around your circumstances and may include clinical interviews, questionnaires or cognitive measures, followed by a written report and recommendations.
Fees are quoted according to the assessment required.
Services for Professionals and Organisations
Dr James Cullingford provides clinical supervision, neurodevelopmental case consultation, independent MDT chairing and tailored training for clinicians, schools and services. Support is available in person in Lincoln or online across the UK where appropriate.

For autism and ADHD assessments, we offer an initial 90-minute screening consultation at £450. If you proceed to a full assessment within three months, this fee is deducted from the full assessment fee.
